Human Capital
Part 1
Five Things I Feel Make Me Unique:
I can work with a vast variety of people.
I listen carefully when I choose to do so.
I have a high degree of empathy.
I can learn new skills quickly.
I do not natively look at problems the same way others
do.

Part 3
How I see myself is the same in some ways and not the
same in others. I don’t generally consider myself a very detailed-oriented
person in most ways. I am very selective in the words I choose. I don’t really
consider myself as being articulate. I am often grasping for the right word to
say. I also feel that my research skills are not up to the level that I want them
to be. And though I am not a skeptic, I do like to verify something before I repeat
it.
However, I do know that I like to be organized. But I didn’t
know that it was so evident to others. I like business, so I see how others
could see that in me. I strive to be honest and to have integrity in what I do.
I also really enjoy helping people, especially those who are overlooked or need
someone to look out for their interests. I do believe that a good role for me
is in administration and making sure that things get done. Generally, I can’t
say the things the interviewees said were wrong, just a little bit different
than I thought.
Now, that’s enough about me.
